Protecting Your Rights and Due Process in Campus Proceedings

Campus discipline and grievance procedures are often confusing, one-sided, and unfair. You need experienced advocates who have been through the process, know what to expect, and will fight for your rights and your future. Having represented several hundred students, faculty, staff, and campus organizations through campus discipline and grievance proceedings, Mark Hathaway and Jenna Parker are uniquely qualified to navigate the complexities of campus discipline proceedings and subsequent litigation. We work collaboratively with our clients to create tailor-made strategies to meet your goals and obtain the best possible outcomes.

If you’ve been accused of misconduct, or if you need help with a problem on your campus, we’ll help you fight for fairness and justice.
